The Canandaigua VAMC offers an exciting program for new graduate RNs! This position is for recent Diploma, ADN, BSN, and MSN graduates in their first licensed RN role or with less than one (1) year of professional RN experience. Only candidates meeting this criterion will be referred. The RNTTP Program focuses on individual growth with increased self-direction, helping new nurses build critical thinking skills through structured mentorship and progressive clinical exposure.
