Job Description
This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT & will remain open until 10/29/2026 or until filled. Qualified applicants will be referred to hiring managers at regular intervals. Your application will remain active for 3 months. We are seeking a compassionate skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) services. You will plan & deliver competent care in the home of Veterans' with complex needs, improving their quality of life and supporting their long-term health needs.
