Registered Nurse - Recruiter

The Registered Nurse Recruiter is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based practices in relation to recruitment and retention for a facility, demonstrating competence in practice and decision-making, deliberate planning, and critical thinking skills. Serves as the key member in delivering and improving the processes of recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Registered Nurses (RNs). Identifies highly qualified talent for facilities aligning with the mission of caring for Veterans.
