Job Description
The NPIPC excutes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to the management program aspects, demonstrates performance and leadership that is broad enough to impact the standard of care and safety of staff while caring for all patients, will be responsible for the multiple facility wide programs and nursing initiatives, is responsible for the documented outcomes at the program level and for supporting the programs in all services.
