Quality Management (QM) Consultant Registered Nurse (RN) focus on individual growth and development in practice with increased levels of self-direction in quality of care outcomes. The QM Consultant brings principals and theory with limited application of critical thinking skills. They participate in the exploration of outcomes at the program level. Program is defined as a substantial coordinated group of activities impacting patients and/or employees.
