Nurse Manager (Community Based Outpatient Clinic-Palm Desert)

The Nurse Manager (NM) demonstrates leadership, experience, and creative approaches in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others. Provides and directs care for patients generally ranging in age from 18 through the geriatric years, taking into consideration diagnoses and physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural needs. May cover in the absence of other team members and coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
