Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care Service - Women Health - Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)

The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Women's Health Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) provides primary care in an outpatient setting. This role includes managing patient panels, guiding licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, and ensuring timely access to care. The nurse promotes wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management through education and coaching, while also contributing to nursing orientation, competency development, and quality improvement initiatives.
