Job Description
The Registered Nurse - Patient Flow Coordinator demonstrates integration of biopsychological concepts, cognitive skills, and technically competent practice in flow management. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the patients admitted meet the requirements for the appropriate level of care for the specific treatment plan regardless of location or services, collaborates with Utilization Management as a benchmark to ensure patients are meeting criteria for admission and or continued stay.
