Job Description
The VA NJ Health Care System seeks a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented RN for the Referral Coordination Team (RCT). The RN reviews and triages specialty care consults, evaluates clinical documentation, applies clinical guidelines and SLAs, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely access to specialty care for Veterans. Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, adaptability, and critical thinking skills are required.
