Job Description
The Registered Nurse - Reusable Medical Device (RMD) Nurse Manager, ensures safe processing, regulatory compliance, staff training, SOP development, and quality improvement. Service as clinical expert and liaison to interdisciplinary teams. Responsible for Sterile Processing Service/Reusable Medical Device staff education and development aligned with VHA directives and national AAMI/ANSI/AORN guidelines, including creation and revision of SOPs.
