Job Description
The Chief Nurse for Sterile Processing Service is a professional Registered Nurse who provides clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for Sterile Processing Service. The incumbent directs staff, manages resources, ensures compliance with VHA, regulatory, and accreditation standards, oversees quality improvement and infection prevention activities, promotes employee development, and ensures safe, efficient, high-quality care and support for Veterans.
