Job Description
The Safe Patient Handling and Mobility (SPHM) Program Manager covers all medical facilities and clinics with this healthcare system. The SPMHPM promotes a High Reliability Organization (HRO) with safety founded on systems approach to developing evidence-based healthcare solutions based on a commitment to zero harm by developing strong safety principles through injury prevention supported by engaged leadership. The program manager works with all levels of VA Staff within the system.
