Registered Nurse - Caregiver Support Program Clinical Assessor

This position potentially requires flexibility in schedule and assignments. The Caregiver Support Program (CSP) Clinical Assessor (CA) conducts home visits to caregivers and Veterans approved in the program, and provides assessments at VA facilities via telehealth. Provides referrals and/or consults to VA and community based social services. The CSP CA collaborates with the interdisciplinary team for case review with high inter-rater reliability, efficiency, and objectivity as top priorities.
