Registered Nurse (Outpatient Staff Nurse-Operating Room)

The Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) works effectively with others to initiate and lead interdisciplinary groups and establishes relationships with professionals on the healthcare team. They are accountable for patient outcomes resulting from the nursing care for the patient undergoing a surgical/ invasive procedure. The focus is on individual growth and development in practice with increased levels of self-direction.
