The Registered Nurse (RN) Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (HPDP) Program Manager (PM) is responsible for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care, with a focus on promoting and maintaining health and preventing illness and injury. This includes systematic data gathering, comprehensive assessment, application of sound nursing judgment, and ongoing evaluation of patient responses to both actual and potential health problems.
