Job Description
The Kansas City VA Medical Center is recruiting for a Nursing Officer of the Day (NOD), Registered Nurse assigned to the Nursing Acute Care. S/He is accountable for adhering to established policies, standards of care, standards of practice, and demonstrating leaderships and accomplishments in developing and implementing programs to improve the delivery of patients care. The NOD is a steward and guardian for nursing practice and a coordinator and facilitator of complex interdisciplinary care.
