Job Description
This RN Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) position is responsible & accountable for ensuring accuracy of the interdisciplinary Minimum Data Set (MDS) & care plan using tools updated educational materials provided within staff/resident interviews and CPRS documentation. Maintains continuing responsibility of the following functions, interdisciplinary MDS time scheduling, interdisciplinary care plan leadership as well as meeting facilitations. Monitors Quality Assurance for MDS results.
