Job Description
The North Florida/South Georgia VA Healthcare System's Social Work Service is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse Outpatient Caregiver Support Program Clinical Assessor. Our ideal applicants are those who want to contribute to the achievement of quality care standards, as well as the growth and development of a VA academic hospital program. Preferred experience with 1-2 years case management in a primary care/ mental health setting.
