Job Description
The Domiciliary Mental Health RN is employed in a clinical care role caring for patients with complex psychosocial, behavioral health, substance use, and medical needs-including those transitioning from incarceration, homelessness, hospitalization, or residential treatment programs-with the goal of promoting recovery, independence, and successful community reintegration, while maintaining self-awareness and supporting those living with substance use disorder and/or mental health conditions.
