Registered Nurse - Outpatient Staff Nurse

Rochester Calkins VA Clinic seeks a full-time Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). The RN provides and oversees direct patient care, supports education and self-management, and ensures customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team while actively participating in quality and service initiatives.
