Job Description
The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will function within Home Based Primary Care section of the Community Outpatient Services. Responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to HBPC patients and oversight of licensed practical/vocational nurses, as appropriate to the setting. This nurse provides direct Veteran care and care coordination, as it pertains, to Veterans and their care within the HBPC Program.
