Job Description
The Non-Supervisory Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Outpatient Surgical Clinics supports the Nurse Manager (NM) in overseeing operations of a nursing unit/patient care area. Fosters team development, ensures compliance with standards of clinical practice, and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership. This role combines clinical expertise and leadership for the department. This role will provide department education and training, as well as hand on clinic support.
