Nurse (Float Pool)

The Float Pool Registered Nurse, is responsible for all aspects of the nursing process, providing direct patient care across inpatient units. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications and procedures, and coordinate care with a focus on patient education and satisfaction. Demonstrating leadership and expertise, they collaborate with teams, improve care outcomes, support colleagues, and foster professional development while managing complex client care.
