Job Description
The Quality Improvement Staff Nurse, a licensed registered nurse, leads the evaluation of organizational performance using statistical methodologies while facilitating communication, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and promoting staff engagement, education, and competency development. The nurse develops performance tools, reviews data, and partners with all service lines to improve quality outcomes and shared governance, under the guidance of the RN Nurse Manager and/or Chief of QI.
