Job Description
The incumbent serves as Registered Nurse - Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Outpatient in Faleomavaega Eni Fa'aua'a Hunkin VA Clinic - Pago Pago, American Samoa of the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS). The RN is accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing direct patient care; Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age specific components; Coordinates care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction.
