Job Description
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager (NM) in overseeing operations of a nursing unit/patient care area. Fosters team development, ensures compliance with standards of clinical practice, and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership. Responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or overseeing direct patient care. The positions are for Acute Care areas and are 50% direct care, 50% administrative.
