Job Description
The Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department (ED) reports to the Nurse Manger of the ED. The ANM is a key member of the ED leadership team demonstrating expert leadership skills in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care delivery process and resources. The ANM participates in the development of goals and evaluates staff's ability to meet these expectations.
