Job Description
Two vacancies are available within the CARDIO-VET Network: one in Cambridge, MD, and one in either Wappinger Falls or Goshen, NY. The incumbent provides and coordinates direct patient care, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, promotes patient education and self-management, and demonstrates leadership in managing complex patient care. Travel within the network will be required.
