Job Description
The Supervisory Assistant Nurse Manager supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing operations of a nursing unit. Fosters team development, ensures compliance with standards of clinical practice, and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership. Functions as a clinical expert and is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or overseeing direct patient care. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of care.
