Job Description
The incumbent will serve as the Nurse Manager at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Charleston, WV for the Hershel "Woody" Williams VAMC. The Nurse Manager oversees all operations within the CBOC. They supervise all nursing staff on site and manage all aspects of employee and patient flow. They are responsible for compliance with standards of various accrediting regulatory and agency authorities (e.g. Joint Commission, CAP, OSHA) and ensure quality care is provided.
