Job Description
The Assistant Chief Nurse, Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) will provide executive leadership and assumes responsibility for integrated programs that cross service and/or discipline lines and influences organizational mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. The individual functions as an administrator, educator, and consultant while utilizing change management theory and systems thinking approaches to hard wire high reliability organization principles.
