Job Description
Responsible for learning and assisting with facets of an effective accreditation readiness program. The Accreditation Specialist assists with all accreditation readiness processes for Columbia VAHCS programs including Joint Commission (Hospital, Long Term Care, Behavioral Health, and Home Care), Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, the Office of the Inspector General, and other internal and external reviews.
