You fill assigned permanent searches in nurse leadership, advanced practice, and hard-to-fill specialty roles. No business development obligation — assignments come to you scoped and issued, and you bring the candidates. Certified Nursing Recruiter credential required before your first assignment.

Commission on collected revenue, paid within 15 days of collection.
An LLC and a Tax ID are required before any agreement is signed. No exceptions.
