You join The RN Network as an employee and recruit for our healthcare clients as part of their hiring teams, under their brand. We provide your training, run payroll, and back you up every day, so you can focus on what you do best: connecting great people with great jobs.

Base + Commission

Paid to work, rewarded for hires

You earn a steady base wage for your hours, plus commission on every hire you make. Your full compensation plan is shared during interviews and set out in your offer letter.

W-2 Employee

A real job with real support

You join as a W-2 employee of The RN Network. We withhold taxes and run payroll, and you have a team to call on whenever you need it.

Training

We invest in you

Every recruiter completes our onboarding and certification before starting with a client, so you begin knowing exactly how we work and what great looks like.

Clear Expectations

Standards you can see

Your work runs on written service levels: how fast candidates hear back, when candidates reach the hiring manager, and a weekly report every Friday. You always know what good looks like.

Who We're Looking For

Healthcare recruiters who love to fill jobs.

You bring

  • Full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, in-house or agency
  • Roles such as CNA, MA, LPN, staff RN, specialty RN, APRN, or nurse leadership
  • Comfort working in applicant tracking systems
  • Fast, friendly follow-up by phone, text, and email

What the work looks like

  • Remote, during your client's business hours
  • 20, 30, or 40 hours a week, matched to your availability
  • Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and keeping candidates warm through the offer
  • Your hours and results reported weekly
