This Community Exists
Because of a Nurse.
I spent a lot of time in hospitals as a child, watching my father go through serious health challenges. I saw firsthand what a difference a great nurse could make — not just clinically, but emotionally. A good nurse could completely brighten his day. That never left me.
I went to nursing school early in my academic career and quickly discovered that clinical work was not my calling. But I never stopped believing in what nurses do. So I stayed in healthcare and built a career in recruiting — because I know exactly how important nurses are to the entire healthcare ecosystem.
After 20+ years placing nurses at HCA Healthcare, Main Line Health, and PeopleScout, I founded The RN Network in 2009 because I watched facilities lose ground every single time a nurse position sat open too long. This community exists to close that gap — for nurses, and for the facilities that need them.
"I understand your hiring challenge from both sides of the table. This isn't a job board. This is a community nurses have trusted for 16 years — and that trust is exactly what gets your opportunity noticed."
