As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll share The RN Network Job Board with healthcare employers in your network. You’ll earn 10% of their total spend when they purchase a posting package as a reward. Plus, every time you help grow The RN Network community, you’ll accumulate points that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and swag from The Recruiter’s Lounge!

 

How the Recruiter Brand Ambassador Program Works

1. Share The RN Network Job Board
   Share the benefits of posting jobs on The RN Network Job Board with healthcare employers in your network. With our targeted platform, employers can connect directly with nursing professionals ready to make their next career move.

2. Get Rewarded for Employer Purchases
   When an employer you refer purchases a posting package, you’ll earn 10% of their total one-time spend as a thank-you for helping us grow the community.

3. Earn Points as Additional Rewards
   If you continue to make referrals using your unique URL each month, you earn one point per referral toward exclusive rewards and swag. The more referrals you make, the bigger your rewards!

Terms of the Program

1. Eligibility

   • Open to professional recruiters with a valid LinkedIn profile or verified recruiting experience. To complete your application to the program, click here.

2. Reward Structure

   • Recruiters earn 10% of the total first-time spend made by the healthcare employers they refer to The RN Network Job Board.

   • Rewards will be issued on the first of the month following the employer’s purchase. Payment is made to the Brand Ambassador via Paypal.

3. Point System for Rewards

   • Each referral earns points that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and swag from The Recruiter’s Lounge.

   • Points must be redeemed within 12 months of earning or will expire.

   • To earn a fee, referrals must result in a purchase of a posting package. Free trial packages are not eligible for rewards.

   • Self-referrals or purchases by the Recruiter Brand Ambassador are not eligible for rewards.

6. Program Changes

   • The RN Network reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program anytime. Any changes will be communicated in advance.​
