Roles we recruit

From high-volume hiring
to the hardest seat in the building.

Your recruiter works the roles you can't afford to leave open — whether that is a steady stream of nursing assistants for a long-term care community or a single specialty nurse for a unit that can't run short. Nurse leader recruiting is part of every engagement.

Registered Nurses

Staff RN recruiting

Med-surg, telemetry, stepdown and float pool RNs — one requisition or a whole cohort for a new unit, recruited from working nurses who never see your posting.

78 days: average time to recruit an experienced RN
CNAs & STNAs

Nursing assistant hiring at volume

Same-day contact with every applicant, fast interviews and steady follow-up through the first shift — the pace high-volume CNA hiring demands in skilled nursing, assisted living and hospitals.

42%: nursing home CNA turnover in 2025
Medical Assistants

MA recruiting for practices and clinics

Clinical and front-office medical assistants for physician groups, urgent care centers and community health centers, screened for the skills your providers count on.

47%: practices that call MAs their hardest role to fill
LPNs

Licensed practical nurse recruiting

LPNs for long-term care, home health, behavioral health and physician practices, with licenses verified before a candidate ever reaches your hiring manager.

Specialty RNs

ICU, OR, ED, L&D and behavioral health

The units where an open line means canceled cases or diverted patients. Your recruiter headhunts experienced specialty nurses and sells your unit before a competitor does.

Nurse Leaders

Nurse managers to CNO

Unit managers, directors of nursing, directors and chief nursing officers — the leaders your bedside nurses stay for, recruited as part of the same weekly package.

Who we work with

Healthcare employers
of every size.

From a single physician practice to a multi-hospital system, your recruiter works inside your applicant tracking system and under your company email, so every candidate hears from your organization — not a third party.

Healthcare hiring right now

The demand isn't slowing down.
Your recruiting capacity can grow with it.

Healthcare is carrying the U.S. job market, and every open requisition competes with the employer down the street. A dedicated recruiter gives your team the hours to work every role without adding headcount.

Questions

Before you send your request.

What should I include in my request?

The roles and how many of each, the locations, how soon you need people, and anything that has made the roles hard to fill. If you know the hours a week you want a recruiter, add that too. We fill in the rest on the call.

How many recruiting hours do I need?

Packages come in 20, 30 or 40 hours a week. As a rule of thumb, a 20-hour package covers roughly 10 to 12 high-volume openings, such as CNA or medical assistant roles, or 2 to 3 hard-to-fill RN or leadership searches. We recommend a package on the intake call.

Do you recruit outside Ohio?

Yes. The RN Network recruits for healthcare employers across the United States, with one national rate for each service.

What's the difference between Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Leadership?

Talent Acquisition Partner is a dedicated recruiter working your open roles, including RN, CNA, MA, LPN, specialty and nurse leader positions. Talent Acquisition Leadership is interim leadership of your recruiting function while your talent acquisition manager or director is on leave or the seat is open.

Can a recruiter work alongside our agency or AI screening tools?

Yes. Your recruiter works inside your applicant tracking system and alongside your existing tools, turning the candidates they qualify into accepted offers and first shifts.

Are there placement fees?

No. There are no placement, conversion or contingency fees for any candidate, during or after the engagement.
